| Certified
Commercial Investment Members are recognized experts in commercial
and investment real estate. Each CCIM has completed a rigorous course
of study and fulfilled experience requirements to earn the designation.
In all, there are only about 6,700 CCIM's throughout the world and
251 in North Carolina today, which represents a very select group
of all commercial and investment real estate professionals.
Their experience and training prepares CCIMs to
identify and meet commercial and investment real estate goals
of individuals, partnerships, or corporations.
